Well, i think the points one should consider are as follows ;
1. Who are your primary targets, their age, class & environment. When it comes to age , you should consider the ingredients to be used & when it comes to class, you should consider the price.
2. Competitors: you should also analysis the market properly and study the brands already in the market especially moving brands, the ingredients they used then try to make something different that can beat every other products in the market.
