Specific CV vs General CV - do you think Specific CV wins? specially in UAE? or General CV is better? - See the additional details, please!

"Create a unique CV for every job you apply for. There is no such thing as a generic CV. Every CV you send to a potential employee should be tailored to that role so don't be lazy and hope that a general CV will work because it won't." http://www.theguardian.com/culture-professionals-network/culture-professionals-blog/2012/mar/15/cv-tips-first-arts-job Do you agree with that?

I think in UAE General CV consider

Yogesh Dhakad
by Yogesh Dhakad , Director Technical , Timeless Horizon Engineering Solutions

I would recommend making functional resume - you should really have 2-3 max of these.

Cover Letter is the place where you can tailor specifics asked in the job description as well take this opportunity to spell out more about how you could fit well within the organization you are applying for.

I don't agree with the point - make 15 different (or say N number of different CVs) targeting the specific job description. It will only create nuisance for the hiring manager (as they will have to filter out "fabricated ones" from the genuine ones.

I second the statement - "Passive job aspirants are the best bet to recruit".

i want to go dubai for job with out cv because i have matric pass
