Body language experts would say that it is not a good idea at all. However, as you rise up the ladder, such things do not have a significant impact on the outcome of the interview. Your quality of arguments and strategic expertise are enough to nail it!

Crossing arms is a big NO, NO whether you are being interviewed by big recruiters or not. (why?) It shows disrespect and could add negative impressions to the interviewer. There are some nationalities that crossing arms is just a norm, no big deal, and to other nationalities when you cross arms they might think of you as an arrogant. So rule of the thumb, never ever do it.

It will give an negative impact t your body language.

In the western culture, crossing arms means you are done talking and want to change the topic, while here in MENA, it is a sign of stress. So it is basically a bad idea and people mostly do it as a habit and not really aware of it.

If we analyze various body posture during the interview so it explain a lot. While crossing arms mean you are in defensive mode, you are not open and not using your hand movement to express confidently. In fact this reveal -ve signal to interviewers. so be careful and watch your body language.

No, Because it is not respectable attitude during an interview.

Crossing your arms during an interview might be recieved as a physical barrier to communication indicating that there is little or no negotiation that the interviewee is willing to accept.

It is better to leave your arms open and receptive thereby acknowledging a two-way conversation and potential for agreement and/or terms of compatability.

Sir I do not think it is the correct body language. You are telling the interviewer that you are not open to whatever the interviewer says. It is better putting tour hands on your feet. That would mean you have an open mind.
