What is the most important things I need to do in case to make shift career ?

the starting point is to ask why are you thinking of career shift . It could be due to uncontrollable circumstances such as company or sector closing down , internal company issues , not able to grow etc to controlled decisions such as wanting to do something different like entrepreneurship or in some cases following your passion of maybe photography , acting , singing , painting etc . in case it is uncontrollable factors then take a brief break , up skill yourself and get back in the race you will be ok . With the dynamism in the environment we may become outdated in terms of new skills so better to keep on skilling self . in case you want to follow your heart than your head then just do it as there is no right time than now , however pls ensure your family and close ones are taken into confidence for this career shift , since you will need lot of support from them .
