Yes it is something which makes sense....!! Education and Food are the two needs which keep growing with multiplying population. We should think of a business which relates to these....!! It can never fail if done with passion....!!
We can think of an online selling portal (what to sell let us keep it aside?) which can generate jobs for procurement and selling guys, administration and IT guys! Keep in mind, we should sell things which is consumed faster in the market....
We can establish a consultancy firm which can guide businesses to come out of their problems - of any nature!! (Market mapping, Quality, Productivity enhancement, Systems deployment, etc) Target can be Small and Medium enterprises who really need these services......
These two are there in my mind as of now.....
I concur with Kapil but I think we must come up with robust business case before seeking funding.
What I can think of know is consultancy, franchising, and seeking projects identified by different countries as promissing opportunities.

Yes there are organizations which will finance once the company is formed .
so we should search for such funding organizations.
