I definitely prefer to compnay owner but i can not ignore others Managerl staff or Other share holders

A business development managers role typically involves generating revenue vis-a-viz bringing new projects or booking new businesses for the company. Anyone who is managing that particular aspect and has hands on knowledge of the whole life cycle is fit to manage a Business Development Manager or in other words BDM should directly report to him.

I will prefer to report directly to companies owner because he is the only one person to to do something , according to business law share holders are equal ,if they have too much shares.
