My question is for the Employers, What is important to you when you are hiring? Is it the Experience or you choose by nationality?

This question is for all job specialties and job roles..What are YOU the Employers are looking for when you are choosing a candidate ?

It depends on the job role and job description 

 

as an example : I'm hiring any talented persons whatever the nationality or raise , but the main role is to be fluent in English, so if I can't get them I'll recruit expats.

Experienced ppl will be considered of course, but English is the most important.

 

I mean there is some jobs need forigners and others need nationals.

 

No golden role here

For employers everything is important but i guess nationality comes first.if it's suitable for what they are looking for, then they talk a bout the experiences. (Cost saving priorities)

As an employer, i will seek the following qualities at the time of hiring a candidate

1. Of course experience, but his intellectuality and listening and learning skill as well.

2. Quick response to towards work and communication sikll too.

3. Although nationality is another important element, but not an alternative of experience and other factors.

It will depend on the job role and description . First preference is ofcourse the experience in the relevant filed, Regardless of nationality , But there are certain areas where the nationality should also be considered . For ex : where the position demand for a person well aware with the GCC formalities , the nationality comes into the screen , and other criteria also .

But the most important is ofcourse experience
