Effective listening, better understanding and respond according to the other’s capacity/pro-actively

Active listening is key in all forms of communications at all levels. You always look for the cues and seek clarification to ensure understanding of message being conveyed. Be sensitive and respectful to the recipients of the message and their culture.

1-      Short statements for updates.

2-      Questions for conversations.

3-      Interactive discussions for presentations.

You know your points are getting through by the volume and nature of questions you get. Nods and “Ums” mean that you are losing the other part.

Put yourselves in the shoes of listener, and analyse how you will perceive the point you are trying to communicate.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) plays a big part in the business environment today.  At first it was not that widely accepted, but it has proven its value over that of IQ.

It is pays to do a course or read material on EI (EQ).  It serves well in both personal and professional aspects of one's life.

I try to gauge the personality style and try to speak their language.  Body language, the questions asked or results by the individual will give an indication of whether I got the message across.

70% of all communication is done through body language ! despite the fact that you may or may not communicate through a spoken language. I observe body language as my primary investigation, the eye moments, the hand signs, the body posture everything explains what they want to express clearly ! even though people speak something else.

If a person  or a professional  now   the desire of  community  he/she will never  accross  the points   ,He she  must be prepared, both local  influences,  A better  communicator, make  his  environment pleasant for coneying  his message beacuse  he/she  know,
