That is usually defined by the related company's policies and procedures and active work laws and encoded onto the employee's contract.

Yes ! it is totally depends upon the company and the employee, and polices of the company. But I would like the maximize the benefits of the employees in case of making the policies for newly established institutions and if you have any idea in view of your company policy then share between us.

• Tickets at the time of joining.

• Ticket at the time of leave / final Exit.

• Leave entitlement (Method of Calculation)

• Gratuity (Method of Calculation) and its legality.

• Emergency Leave (either it can be deducted from annual leave or Not?

• Medical leave ( may someone utilize it while he is on Annual / Emergency Leave.) and in case of no any medical leave the employee may get any days / benifit.

And any other benefits for which an employee may be entitled in your own  view regardless the policies of the company.

All of you & specially decision makers are requested to share with their views and ideas for general  benefit.

it depends on the company focus and policy. maybe some companies will have some sort of rewards for people who completed1 year of service to encourage them to stay, but it is likely hardly to implement that because they will think of "what if the employee get this benefit then leaves?"

in other companies, they might have similar policy of reward for people who completed at least5 years of services just to ensure that they are getting the maximum benefit of this valuable asset. but I wont recommend a reward for every year, or even first year, because then unfortunately the motivation for people will be sort of a reward (tangible) but this have some disadvantages as well.

It all depends on the company policy on employees based on the time they are employed in the company.Also on the employment contract signed with the employee at the beggining.

Actually it depends on organizational HR policy and procedures. After completing one year service. s/he will be entitled as profident fund and gratuity.

Yes, it depends on the law of the country and company's internal regulations. Usually, employee benefits accrue overtime. The more an employee sticks around with a company, the larger the size of accrued benefits. Furthermore, when an employee completes more than one year of employment with a certain company, it means he has passed the probationary period and is approved by the company as a worthwhile employee. Not only that, but it should mean the value of the employee's output is higher as his  learning curve improves over time. While other assets depreciate and get obsolete overtime, human assets appreciate. This means that the company may consider increasing the employee's salary. It all depends on varying factors and circumstances, and there is no one-size-fits-all type of answer.
