Sir I would givean honest answer. Do not want to work a graveyard shift. But

  • Ready  to relocate to any where in the world including  a sailing ship.
  • Learn from past mistakes and never to repeat in the future.
  • Ready to learn new skills that includes a new language .
  • Ready to work7 days a week in the training period as during this period I contribute very little to productivity.
  • Ready to adapt my self to new situations.

I think any one who wants a dream job has to deserve it. There is nothing in the world called a free lunch.

Also a dream job is like a high profile degree from a well known university. You have to deserve it .

Flexibile working hours

Great, smart, proactive, positive coworkers

Having a job related to one of my passions (eg. Motorcycles)

All these three can turn any job in dream job, as well, dream is dream no value in practical, and job is job, no value to dreams !!!!!
