I Can't Install Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client on Windows 8.1.

I upgraded my laptop from Windows8 to8.1. My Cisco AnyConnect client stopped working. I uninstalled and am trying to reinstall it. I am getting the error: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

Check your windows update 8.1 is so week and has alot of problem that fixed in windows 10 to proof that look for the period between xp and vista and 7 but 8 or 8.1 didn't take long time unfortinally then 10 is 8+8.1+solved

According to error message, it looks Cisco anyconnect dll libraries are not supported by windows8.1, try to download fresh copy for windows8.1.
