Recognition and reward is a big motivation to employee to work harder and do their best . It helps also for employee to be active in any work activities and tried harder to finished any projects early.

people are willing to work , and work hard , if they feel that their work makes a difference and is appreciated .people gain motivation in a variety of ways , such as recognition , accomplishments, personal goals ,money, and status. An instrinsic reward is the personal satisfacation you feel when you perform well and achieve goals . An extrinsic reward is something given to you by someone else as recognition for good work , such as pay raises , bonuses, promotionand public recognition .
