Job Description

1. Collect and analyze data of learning, exams, and training of the department, identify and resolve problems, track and promote employees' learning progress, and regularly output relevant reports.


2. Build the learning platform of the department, sort out and prepare relevant documents as required, record and edit videos, upload them to the learning platform, and release them.


3. Arrange enablement and training meetings based on the requirements of business departments, organize and ensure the smooth implementation of training, and assist in resolving issues and implementing relevant processes. Participate in the planning of team awards and produce related videos and materials.


4. Familiar with the management of office documents and document specifications, and ensure the standardization and compliance of document management;
