About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Group and support our continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration and business support functions.
  • Support executive management with scheduling, correspondence, meetings, and reporting.
  • Maintain company records, contracts, licences, and corporate documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, HR administration, and personnel records.
  • Liaise with government authorities, free zones, service providers, and external consultants.
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, and procurement activities.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of business systems and processes.
  • Ensure administrative compliance and operational efficiency across the organisation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, office management, or operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE experience preferred.
