We are currently hiring for an Application Analyst, on behalf of a European Software Vendor for their Dubai office. You will support their elite customers within one of their project teams and identify potential solutions for warehouse management systems for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st / 2nd level support for a customer applications suite, escalating to hotline supervisor where necessary, on-call staff, software development, technology teams, end users or third parties as appropriate.
  

  
  

• Respond to general questions and trouble tickets on time.
  

  
  

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
  

  
  

• Prioritize multiple, open issues and document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
  

  
  

• Participate in 24x7 support coverage to cover any shift on a pro-rata basis.
  

  
  

• Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions and document actionable bugs for resolution.
  

  
  

• Deployment of applications fixes patches, upgrades, and improvements.
  

  
  

• Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  

  
  

Requirements:

• IT focused BSc or above
  

  
  

• 3+ years IT Consulting experience within Logistics/Supply Chain 
  

  
  

• Native/Bilingual level English, French or German language skills
