Job description

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Supports workshops, research, and opportunity analysis to understand client goals, technical and commercial requirements, market conditions, competitors, and governance requirements.


  • Reviews and analyses tender documentation to identify client priorities, requirements, stakeholders, deliverables, and bid strategy.


  • Coordinates bid planning activities, develops bid programmes, manages deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress against milestones.


  • Organises and facilitates bid kick-off, progress, site, and review meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the bid process.


  • Manages tender clarifications by communicating client queries, gathering required responses, and ensuring timely submission of clarifications.


  • Develops, edits, and enhances bid content, CVs, and project profiles, ensuring submissions are compliant, compelling, client-focused, and benefit-driven.


  • Ensures all governance reviews, approvals, adjudications, and sign-offs are completed in line with established work-winning processes and standards.


  • Captures lessons learned, maintains work-winning knowledge repositories, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes net-zero carbon objectives through proactive carbon management.


You’ll need to have:


  • Degree in a relevant discipline or comparable professional experience (or equivalent).


  • Ideally member of APMP, CIM or another appropriate professional body.


  • Experience using InDesign
