Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business and fostering relationships within the digital marketing industry. This role is responsible for the growth of revenue through the acquisition of new prospects and
opportunities in the Middle East. This individual will own and drive the sales process toward the attainment of
new business and will help develop Go-To-Market approach by partnering with service lines. This role
effectively will identify and drive specific solutions for their prospects, facilitate the pitch process, drive/be accountable for the solutions proposal preparation, negotiate contracts, and drive the kick-off of new client
engagements working closely with the Delivery team.
Job Responsibilities- Generation of qualified leads /responding to qualified leads, preparing (with necessary support) Requests for
proposals, define pitch process, actively participating in the preparation of pitch deck and do necessary contract
negotiations including negotiations on commercials / in line with internal policies to close the deals.
- Understanding the Company's Offerings viz., SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, etc. Understand the value proposition and unique selling points of these services.
- Working with delivery team and other functional teams in closing new sales opportunities
- Generate and develop new opportunities to increase revenue through cold calling/prospecting
- Schedule appointments with influencers and decision makers at new client prospects, with the goal of
identifying new opportunities, as well as with Existing Clients, with the goal of identifying newrevenue opportunities.
- Design and present professional demonstrations and presentations of services
- Effectively and proactively attend conferences and seminars
- Provide competitive and market intelligence to Head of Operations and delivery teamin India (Pleasealso refer point 5 below)
- Should act as a bridge between client and operation centre in India.
- Maintain selected customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the
company's customer base leveraging existing clients and solutions.
- Manage the client's specific sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
- Perform updating and maintenance of accounts of customer including contact names, numbers, call
history and opportunity details
- Keep the sales status updated and own the number of accuracies
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential client segments that would
benefit from the company's services. Understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client needs
in these areas.
- Develop details profiles of ideal clients, including their industry, size, pain points anobjective.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to connect with potential clients.
- Working with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, includingcase studies, presentation, and pitch decks, highlighting the benefits of the company's services in SEO, Content
Marketing, Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions, and progress through the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM software or other tools to organize and manage leads
effectively.
Key Skills and Experience
Skills - Outstanding Selling capabilities and excellent Interpersonal skills with client business stakeholders at
senior management level and above.
- Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Presentation skills with an attention to detail. Internet
savvy and proficient with a sales database (Zoho CRM) and office productivity tools (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Organized, Goal – driven and tracker-oriented.
- Fluent communication in English and Arabic
Experience.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and Digital Marketing domains including
Consumer Engagement, People-based Marketing, Data Mining & Analytics, marketing technology and performance media.
- Knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing experience, performance media, and Agency
marketplace.
- At least 6-7 years of Sales experience in digital marketing services.
