Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, corporations, travel agencies, and other partners.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage daily operations of car rental company.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on the performance and progress of the company.
  • Manage vehicles maintenance, cleaning, and repairs when needed

Skills

  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in car rental management role
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiar with RTA portal, UAE laws, and safety compliance
