The Content Project Coordinator will be working closely with the Content Project Lead on digital content projects, helping the Lead Online Content Manager, Online Content Editors, and Project Management team with planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting. He/ She will be assisting with promotion preparation and readiness activities, acting as a liaison between content, editorial, promotional teams, and WebOps & Technology support teams.
Responsibilities:
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Establishing good and professional working relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally
- Proactively learning the fundamentals of SDLC, Agile Project Planning and Execution and understanding the dynamics within the organization
- Support with new feature implementations end to end from planning until rollout and collaborating with the team members
- Supporting and encouraging team members to look for opportunities to help each other ensuring a collaborative culture in the team
- Supporting the effective facilitation of team activities such as daily scrums, team retrospectives, and walkthrough and solution sessions
- Supporting the Jira setup and workflows for better efficiency of the team and better visibility and monitoring on ongoing projects
- Being a part of the delivery team towards successful, on-time, and in-budget delivery and continuous improvement
- Understanding the internal and external dependencies of the owned activities and communicating with relevant stakeholders
- Support in setting up alignment meetings across several business teams for promotion readiness activities
- Providing detailed checklists with owners, timelines, and actions for all business functions
- Highlighting cross-department dependencies for promotion activities
- Identifying pre-launch and post-launch steps to ensure all actions & validations are done on a timely manner
- Coordinating with WebOps & Technology Support teams to ensure system stability for promotion
- Focus on content project execution for all campaigns editorial and promotional, liaising with different departments to ensure optimal output efficiency, and leading performance reporting & analysis
- Managing the product feature needs while successfully executing
- Prioritizing weekly tasks and cross-departmental project management in collaboration with Creative, Editorial and Merchandising teams
Qualifications:
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management/ E-commerce/ Marketing/ Project Management
Years of Experience
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience gained in Business Management/ Project Management function
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience working in a team with several stakeholders across multiple functions
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude. This role needs to be flexible and versatile, to adapt to the type of projects and workload that may come up during this time
- Some technical knowledge to understand SDLC and a passion for innovation within digital technology delivery domain
- Exceptional at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multitask and deliver a range of different assets, at different times, or all at once, is essential
- An understanding or previous experience with Jira and similar project management tools is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
