Job Description

  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities, you will provide strategic insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions and stay ahead in their respective industries.
  • Actively identifying prospects for upselling and cross-selling our array of products and services to clients, effectively boosting revenue while optimizing client advantages.
  • Proactively spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our diverse range of offerings to clients, effectively enhancing income while maximizing client benefits.
  • Partnering closely with internal divisions to serve as a connection between clients and our firm, guaranteeing fluent communication and speedy resolution of any issues raised by clients.
  • Recognizing potential chances for upselling and cross-selling our wide spectrum of solutions to clients, ultimately elevating earnings while maximizing client privileges.
  • Engaging closely with internal sectors to function as a conduit between clients and our enterprise, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any concerns raised by clients.

Skills

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: As a Relationship Manager, adept at cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, effectively fostering trust and rapport.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry. Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to quickly learn about our jewellery products and convey their features and benefits to clients.
  • A passion for sales and building strong client relationships.
  • Any degree or equivalent qualification.

  • English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
