We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on business requirements and interest level.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects in the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, emails, and lead status.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making 50–70 outbound calls and outreach activities daily.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in business setup, corporate services, banking, insurance, real estate, B2B sales, or consultancy is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation tools is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Generate 300+ new qualified leads every month.
  • Book 25–30 qualified meetings per month.
  • Maintain a minimum 90% CRM data accuracy.
  • Achieve daily outreach targets through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups with all assigned prospects.
