Job Description

  • Process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same. 
  • Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service at all times.
  • Take ownership of guest concerns, requests and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval.
  • Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
  • Escorting the guests to their table and presenting the menu.
  • Engage with the guests and provide each guest with a special experience based on their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure extensive knowledge of menu and all restaurant products.
  • Manage guest queries in a friendly and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Min 6month to 2 years experience in five star hotels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
  • South east Asian/ European nationalities preferred.
