You will lead the design and operation of container platforms in hybrid and local environments. In addition to technical ownership, you will mentor team members and uplift overall engineering capabilities.

Build observability frameworks to monitor system health and handle incidents.

Optimize platform performance and manage infrastructure costs.
Coach and guide team members to improve automation and reliability practices.

Ten plus years of experience in engineering roles, with five or more years leading platform or operations teams.
Excellent hands on knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift cluster management.
Strong experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and GitHub actions.
Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure setups involving cloud services and local storage.
A university degree in computer science or a related field.
Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different business departments.
