Logistics Software Consultant

(English, French or German Speaking)

We are currently hiring for a Logistics Software Consultant, on behalf of a European Software Vendor for their Dubai office. You will support their elite customers within one of their project teams and introduce warehouse management systems at customer sites in cooperation with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support Software in person and via remote connections.
  

  
  

• Mapping customers' processes in the system and test them via remote connections or at the customer's site.
  

  
  

• Capture bespoke requirements and realize them together with our software developers
  

  
  

• Within the scope of project management, you will take on commercial tasks (e.g. the creation of functional specifications, offers, etc.).
  

  
  

• You will advise customers on products and services related to the Software Suite.
  

  
  

• IT focused BSc or above
  
• 3+ years IT Consulting experience within Logistics/Supply Chain
  
• You are willing to travel internationally
  
• Native/Bilingual level English, French or German language skills
