Job Description:

  • Coordinating the transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites.
  • Managing inventory levels and overseeing the storage and distribution of supplies to support project operations.
  • Liaising with vendors, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments, resolving any issues or delays to minimize disruptions to project schedules.
  • Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to optimize logistics processes and support project objectives while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.

About the Client:

An internationally leading power project contractor specializing in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewable energy, and other sectors, with presence globally.


Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
  • 45 years old and below
  • At least 5 years of UAE relevant experience from oil & gas, or power & energy, or oil drilling and offshore services companies
  • Must have experienced in data entry, typing, organizing files (both hard copy and soft copy), and document control operation on large projects
