Our Management Associate Programme offers new and recent graduates, two rotational experiences within the Bank. Each rotation of 6 months has been specifically designed to develop our leaders and WAVE makers of the future by enabling them to develop their critical skills, gain hands-on experience, and accelerate their career growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As part of the programme, you will build strong management, interpersonal and technical skills, as well as getting exposure to business critical projects. You will have the opportunity to experience different departments across the business and contribute to meaningful transformation that supports our Group Strategy. Guided by your mentor, as well as facilitated networking events, workshops and presentations, your visibility across the bank will pave the way for your fast-tracked progression.

What you will get

• On-the-job experience where you will dive straight into creating new solutions that make a difference for our customers, clients and employees. We will set clear priorities and goals from the start to enable you to make a difference across our businesses and add immediate value.
• You will be fully integrated into our digital community with the opportunity to attend social events, tech talks, interact with senior executives, and much more.
• You will own projects end-to-end, keeping teams and stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what’s being developed.
• Rotate through various departments within the bank, including but not limited to: Product Design, CVP, Customer Experience, Quantitative Analysis, Data Science, Risk Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Process Re-engineering, Technology Transformation, Customer Engagement, Corporate Development and People Transformation.
• We will provide you with the tools, training, network and support to help you become a change agent and drive innovation and creativity across the bank.
• Structured training and development curriculum designed to develop your expertise in digital banking technologies, products, and services.
• Assigned a Mentor tailored to your profile, who will have real insight into managing and crafting your career. They will be available to offer guidance and support on your journey.
• Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will have the opportunity to pursue permanent position within RAKBANK, based on their performance, interests, and business needs.
