Vice President – Proposition & Cross Sell - Business Banking

Job Purpose

• Develop and implement innovative product propositions that set RAKBANK apart from the competition and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate existing products and portfolio performance, conduct market research, and identify opportunities for bottom-line growth.
• Lead cross-sell strategies to increase product penetration among business banking customers, driving wallet share and retention.
• Maximize fee earnings while minimizing the cost of funds through effective policies, operations, and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery, analyze market trends, and recommend improvements to increase revenue.
• Identify key customer segments and design market-leading propositions tailored to their needs.
• Perform proposition demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and drive implementation.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading players in the ecosystem, IT, and fintech companies to enhance RAKBANK's value proposition.
