Job Description:

The main duties for the Mechanical BIM lead :

Package review:

 

1. to provide estimate time for the Project.
2. Provide E1 Log for Mechanical systems sheets.
3. Check the information provided and list the missing information and technical queries.

Project execution:

 

1. Prepare the project templates/ Central files.
2. Work distribution and supervise the engineering works.
3. Communicate with other stake holder , Draft technical queries.
4. Provide support software /technical to other Engineers.
5. Manage the team production and assure to meet the deadlines.
6. review the output and apply QA/QC required.

After Project:

 

-Prepare Project summary showing the challenges and issues to be considered in future project.


 

Job Requirements:


 

• Proven working experience in mechanical engineering (Firefighting- Plumbing - HVAC)
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering
• Excellent user for 3D engineering design and Shop drawings tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• leadership skills to lead the Mechanical team and drive the coordination process
• Strong knowledge  of BIM terminology , Procedures and codes.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of  international Codes such as Ashrae ,NFPA,IPC
• BSc degree in Engineering
• Dynamo , 4D/ 5D knowledge is a bonus.
• Knowledge of ACC workflows and Docs management.
• KSA- UAE projects Experience is a plus
