Job Description



As the Protocol Manager for the organisation, you will leverage your experience working with high-level stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate policies and guidelines for the entire organisation.

Description
Develop and implement policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures related to official protocols Ensure compliance with national and international protocol standards, customs and traditions Plan and coordinate official visits, meetings, ceremonies, state visits, and conferences involving foreign dignitaries, diplomats, and international organisations Ensure adherence to proper diplomatic etiquette and protocol standards during interactions with foreign representatives Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate diplomatic engagements and protocol arrangements Provide protocol support and logistical assistance to high-ranking government officials, including heads of state, ministers, and ambassadors, during official engagements and travels


Profile
UAE National with Family Book Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, public administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 6+ years working in protocol management, diplomatic services, government, or international relations Strong understanding of diplomatic protocol, etiquette, and international customs Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required
