Bye Nits is currently seeking a receptionist admin to oversee our day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and bookings efficiently.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth operation of the salon.
- Schedule shifts and allocate tasks effectively.
- Promote salon services and maintain updated records of expenses and revenues.
- Order beauty products and replenish stock as needed.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
- Ensure hygiene practices are implemented across all beauty stations.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all treatments.
- Manage staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
- Promote services, products, and discounts on social media platforms.
- Receive payments from clients and accurately track all transactions.
- Keep detailed records of costs and revenues on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Organize online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Quick to learn new technologies and salon management software.
- Ability to handle customer requests and complaints gracefully.
- Effective oral communication skills to interact with staff and clients.
Salary : 3500AED
Working 6 days a week.
Day off on week day.
