Job Description

MAZ Developers UAE, is seeking an exceptional candidate for Secretary/Office Manager at our new office.

An upbeat attitude and passion for organization are musts!



Key duties include:

- Managing day-to-day office operations and logistics

- Providing administrative support to brokers and sales team

- Handling listings on Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other platforms

- Assisting with DLD and RERA licensing requirements

- Coordinating with building management and vendors

- Overseeing office appearance, supplies, and equipment

- Welcoming clients and guests with professional polish


Candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate or executive/boutique office management, with superb English communication and tech skills. Knowledge of RERA/DLD is essential.


Candidates should be based in Dubai, UAE


Educations/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.
