Overview of the role:
To act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate Tenants designs & fitout, to ensure these are compliant with the Landlords specifications, design guidelines and lease requirements, so the Tenant opens on the required centre opening date.
What you will do:
Job Context:
The Tenant Coordinator (TC) will report to the Senior Tenant Coordinator allocated to them, however, channels exists for the TC to directly communicate with the Head of the Tenant Coordination department at weekly meetings or as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Degree or equivalent level of education Interior Design or Architecture or in any discipline dependent on previous experience and aptitude.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as RDD in the Retail industry with ssound knowledge of Tenancy procedure and regulations in the UAE
