About the job Sales Assistant - Arabic Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Attends and records customer requests.
- Establishes new, and maintains existing, relationships with customers and agents.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by e-mail, telephone.
- Supports the Sales Manager with quotations and contracts.
- Keeps constantly apprised of the economic / business situations within the MENA region.
- Market studies and business cases to measure potential & development.
- Recording and maintaining client contact details.
- Market research on competitors
- Assists in resolving accounts payable invoice discrepancies and variances with customers.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- BSc Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience as a sales assistant
- Resilience and tenacity
- Driver license
- Computer skills MS Office applications and General ERP understanding
- Age between 25 - 40
- Native in spoken and written Arabic
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English

- Computer skills using appropriate programs like Microsoft office applications and ERP system, ranging from data entry to systems analysis.
- Team skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative
- environment, working independently as well as working in a team
- Written skills - conveying information accurately in an appropriate written format and able to expressing oneself effectively and professional in writing
