As the Skills Development Partner, your role will be to provide strategic support to the business through the design, development and delivery of future-focused learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.



In this role, you will:



  • Design impactful learning solutions that address strategic priorities and build future-ready skills and capabilities.



  • Facilitate engaging, learner-centred experiences across multiple channels (e.g. virtual and in-person workshops, digital content, and bite-sized learning) to effectively reach and engage a diverse, global workforce.



  • Design and scale learning journeys, leveraging technology to build capability and equip Emirates Group talent at scale.



  • Continuously elevate facilitation capability in line with Emirates Group Learning Experience Standards, using feedback and emerging best practices.



  • Champion social and collaborative learning, fostering a culture of continuous development across the Group.



  • Apply data-driven evaluation approaches to ensure learning interventions deliver measurable business impact.



  • Collaborate across the Learning & Talent ecosystem to deliver integrated, purpose-led solutions that enable a future-ready workforce.




Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:



  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Learning & Development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within a training or people development function.
