The position will play an important role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing competitiveness, and optimizing performance. What you will do:

Responsible for:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis of real estate market trends, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the development of market reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate key findings and insights to senior management.

 

Strategic Planning Support:

  • Provide support in the development and refinement of the company's strategic plan, including assisting with goal setting, performance metrics, and action plans.
  • Assist in coordinating strategic planning sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and facilitate alignment.

 

Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and financial data to track performance against strategic objectives.
  • Help maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of regular updates and reports on strategic initiatives for senior management.

 

Business Development Assistance:

  • Support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions through financial modeling, research, and due diligence.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, investment memos, and presentations to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the execution of business development activities.

 

Competitive Intelligence Gathering:

  • Assist in monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Contribute to the development of competitive intelligence reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Help identify strategies to enhance the company's competitive positioning and differentiation in the market.
