  • Thoroughly examine medication orders and patient profiles to identify allergies, contraindications, or risks, and collaborate with physicians to propose suitable alternatives if necessary.
  • Manage detailed and current records of all dispensed medications, following regulatory guidelines and promoting seamless communication between healthcare providers for streamlined patient care coordination.
  • Distribute prescription medications to patients, ensuring precise dosage and delivering clear guidance on appropriate usage as per legal and ethical pharmacy guidelines.
