Skills
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of tourism trends.
- Understanding of tourism offerings and travel software.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong sales and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing.
Additionally, the Travel Consultant will be responsible for:
- Developing innovative tour itineraries tailored to customer preferences.
- Collaborating with vendors to secure services at favorable rates.
- Overseeing tour operations and ensuring seamless execution.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tour experience.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising tour staff.
- Maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
- Staying informed about local regulations and travel advisories.
