UAE National - Proposal Engineer

Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, project specifications, and scope of work.Assist in preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and project objectives.Conduct thorough research and analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and technical feasibility.Coordinate with subject matter experts and engineers to gather technical inputs and incorporate them into proposals.Prepare and present technical documentation, including project plans, schedules, and methodology.Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.


Profile
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED).Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering preferred).Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal software or tools.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
