The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with up to 2 years of experience, possessing excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a keen attention to detail. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience.

Description
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.


Profile
UAE National.Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Professional appearance and demeanour.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
