Required Skills –
• General Skills:
o Strong analytical skills, logic mindset and attention to detail.
o Proven time management skills.
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
o Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient with Microsoft Office, excellence in using Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the English
• Physical Requirements:
o Ability to work in a confined area.
o Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Qualifications –
• College degree or equivalent experience.
Experience –
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition in Hotels or Hospitality industry.
