Training Manager
Capture and analyse training needs Prepare didactic material based on respective sales strategies, programs, processes, tools, activities and identified needs Set up training plans and the necessary resources for the trainings Execute trainings Transfer knowledge through coaching etc.

Prepare and execute training programs for employees and partners of the sales team, unit or department to ensure effective working routines to create sales success.
·Previous sales and leadership experience in the Health & Medical sector
·Working in a local market in a commercial function in a global company
·Interacting with sales managers and c-level people in a local market
·Working with SMEs (subject matter experts) to localize global programs
·Using Train-the-trainer set-up to enable local delivery of programs
·Developing blended learning programs for commercial organizations
·Leading roll-out and supporting embedment of training programs locally
·Working with KPIs to track progress and measure impact of training programs
·Using new learning technologies to elevate impact and enhance the learner experience
