On behalf of one of the leading Saudi Consulting Companies unifying the private, public, and third-party sectors. we are currently seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager with a specialty in leadership training and curriculum development to join their Riyadh team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs and curricula that support the growth and effectiveness of our organization's leaders at various levels. This role requires a deep understanding of leadership theories, adult learning principles, and curriculum design strategies to create impactful learning experiences that drive organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive leadership training programs and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify leadership development needs across the organization and design tailored curriculum to meet these needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant training content, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and other educational materials.
  • Implement innovative training methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences and outcomes for leaders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs, utilizing feedback and performance data to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, encouraging leaders to engage in ongoing development opportunities.
  • Manage the leadership training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired training outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and best practices in leadership development and adult education to ensure the organization's training programs remain cutting-edge.
