Auto-Leasing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Auto-Leasing Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Auto-Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process for our automotive inventory. This includes managing the leasing team, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the leasing team and provide guidance and support to ensure leasing targets are met
2. Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
3. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote leasing options and incentives
4. Review and analyze leasing applications, credit histories, and financial statements
5. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions with customers
6. Prepare and execute leasing contracts and documentation
7. Conduct regular inspections of leased vehicles to ensure proper maintenance and care
8. Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to the leasing process
9. Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions and customer information

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto-leasing management
2. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and leasing practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet leasing targets
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
9. Fluency in English and Arabic

• مراجعة وتحليل طلبات التأجير، وسجلات الائتمان، والبيانات المالية
• التفاوض على شروط وأحكام التأجير مع العملاء
• إعداد وتنفيذ عقود ووثائق التأجير
• إجراء فحوصات دورية للسيارات المؤجرة لضمان الصيانة والرعاية السليمة
• حل أي شكاوى أو مشاكل تتعلق بعملية التأجير من قبل العملاء
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمعاملات التأجير ومعلومات العملاء

المرشح المفضل:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة تأجير السيارات
• معرفة قوية بصناعة السيارات وممارسات التأجير
• مهارات اتصال وتواصل ممتازة
• القدرة على إدارة الفريق بفعالية وتحديد أولويات المهام
• انتباه للتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية قوية
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف التأجير
• اجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office وبرامج التأجير
• رخصة قيادة صالحة وسجل قيادة نظيف
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية
