Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Take ownership of blue-collar staff recruitment, actively sourcing and selecting top talent to meet operational needs.
Coordinate a seamless onboarding and orientation program for new hires.
Prepare employment contracts, and experience letters.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Own the management of health insurance benefits.
Manage the employee off-boarding process.
Assist in various administrative tasks, leveraging strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
