I joined Bayt.com four years ago in 2008 when one of my friends advised me to register my CV on Bayt.com. I was working in a local company then and my salary and position were not that good. I was dreaming to start my life anew so I thought of taking a step forward and looking for a new job. I didn't believe that I would find a job that easily through a job-site, but the miracle happened- an employer found my CV on Bayt.com and I was later hired. Now I'm working in a big organization and I have a lot of knowledge and experience under my belt. Because of Bayt.com, my life has changed.

Thank you Bayt.com for what I have now as I feel all my dreams have been fulfilled.

Well... I am going to give you a short description of the best experience of my life with Bayt.com. I really didn't trust any site before this experience. I take care of my CV on Bayt.com by keeping it updated on regular basis. One day I received an email from a head hunter stating that my CV was found in Bayt.com's data base and I am contacted for a position in Beverage Industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I come from Pakistan and was working as Plant Operations Manager with PEPSI. The Head hunter got my first interview and the same day I was interviewed by KSA people. After wards I was given an offer which I accepted and in a month's time I switched to the new job and am extremely happy with my current position. I graduated from the faculty of commerce seven years ago, with excellent evaluation honors, and worked in an international company in Egypt. Later I traveled to Saudi Arabia to look for better job opportunities and would not have made it without the help of Bayt.com. My story began when I posted my resume on Bayt.com, and shortly received a call from Kharafi National, which is one of the biggest companies in the Gulf region. They told me that they got my CV from Bayt.com and asked me for an initial interview even though my experience was still in its early stages. I couldn’t believe it at first and was impressed. The interviews went well and they offered me a good position and salary package, and I relocated from Jordan to Kuwait.

I will be writing my success story from another view point, as an employer not a jobseeker. I am working for this huge industrial company JAFCCO, they needed to employ candidates for the head office. I truly suffered convincing our admin. team that Bayt.com works and will give us the chance to choose people from a huge database of CVs. Bayt.com's database offers a wide range of professional people and most important at a less cost than other means of advertising besides that it serves you longer.

Finally the administration gave me the approval to use Bayt.com for our recruitment needs, in one condition, if we don't find proper candidates through Bayt.com, we will never use it again. And here we are, we used it again to post 2 other vacancies, using Bayt.com saved a long time of filtering unsuitable CVs.

Saving this time and choosing the high qualified CVs from Bayt.com database definitely increased my productivity and performance at work. I got lots of cheers from my admin team. This was really a successful experience for me.
