I had just graduated from university when I posted my CV on Bayt.com and began applying to job vacancies. I soon got a phone call from an international company asking for an interview for a job that was perfect for me. They informed me that they had found my CV on Bayt.com.

I graduated from the faculty of commerce seven years ago, with excellent evaluation honors, and worked in an international company in Egypt. I will be writing my success story from another view point, as an employer not a jobseeker. I am working for this huge industrial company JAFCCO, they needed to employ candidates for the head office. I truly suffered convincing our admin. team that Bayt.com works and will give us the chance to choose people from a huge database of CVs. Bayt.com's database offers a wide range of professional people and most important at a less cost than other means of advertising besides that it serves you longer.

My story began when I posted my resume on Bayt.com, and shortly received a call from Kharafi National, which is one of the biggest companies in the Gulf region. They told me that they got my CV from Bayt.com and asked me for an initial interview even though my experience was still in its early stages. I couldn’t believe it at first and was impressed. The interviews went well and they offered me a good position and salary package, and I relocated from Jordan to Kuwait.

I spent months searching for a job on Bayt.com and I did phone interviews, face-to-face interviews and finally I got the job I wanted through Bayt.com at the age of 23. I worked as an Executive Secretary to the CFO.

Indeed, it was an instant career advancement for me as a fresh graduate and a junior employee here in Abu Dhabi. كنت أعمل بوظيفة مدقق حسابات بأحد مكاتب التدقيق الكبرى بالقاهرة - مصر وحصلت على عرض للعمل بإحدى الشركات بدبي وبالفعل سافرت واستلمت الوظيفة في سبتمبر 2006

وبعد استلامي للوظيفة اكتشفت انها لا تتلائم مع خبراتي و امكانياتي كما اكتشفت صعوبة فرص التطور الوظيفي بالشركة التي كنت اعمل بها.
