Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Sales & Marketing. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing while working closely with the senior management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
3. Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing
4. Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
5. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
6. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics and provide reports to the management team
7. Participate in sales and marketing meetings and provide input and recommendations
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and success of sales and marketing initiatives
10. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through innovative ideas and continuous improvement

Preferred Candidate:

1. MBA/ Masters in Marketing is Mandatory
2. Valid Qatar Driving License is required
3. Strong passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Highly motivated and results-oriented
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
11. Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred
