الوصف الوظيفي

  • Follow up approved material requests from departments, obtaining quotations and proforma invoices that meet specifications and requirements.
  • Secure management approval for purchase orders based on approved material requests.
  • Issue payment requests, liaising with accounts and suppliers to ensure materials are received in the warehouse.
  • Oversee supplier performance from order initiation to delivery.
  • Facilitate material receiving, verifying compliance with specifications and requirements, and submitting required documents to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange shipment clearance of foreign orders and manage associated supply chain processes.
  • Certify products and shipments through Saber’s Platform, coordinating with suppliers and certifying bodies.
  • Administer Bayan’s payment requests and follow up with the accounting department and freight forwarder.
  • Obtain item samples for inspection by relevant departments prior to issuing purchase orders.
  • Generate reports of material procurement from initiation to receipt at the warehouse, submitting them regularly to the Procurement Manager.
  • Liquidate non-moving and obsolete items from the warehouse.
  • Source new suppliers to acquire materials.
  • Execute other procurement-related tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge in Supply Chain Cycle and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge in ERP system.  
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and all departments in the organization.
  • Negotiating suppliers for better prices and agreements.
  • Analyzing and solving complex procurement issues.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Working collaboratively in teams to troubleshoot problems and devise solutions.
  • Quickly learning new concepts and applying them to business objectives.
  • Effectively communicating and building relationships with suppliers.
  •  Monitoring progress and following up on commitments.
