Budget Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Budget Controller to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The Budget Controller will be responsible for managing the financial planning and budgeting processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of financial management principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
3. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
4. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and budgeting activities.
6. Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
7. Provide guidance and support to department heads in managing their budgets and achieving financial targets.
8. Conduct regular reviews of financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and budgeting.
