Shall have a university degree in Bachelor of Business Administration.
Shall have a diploma in hotel management.
Shall have a certificate of HACCP.
Should have minimum ten (10) years of industrial catering or industrial food factory experience.
Should have minimum of five (5) years of Business Development experience.
Should have well experience in administering the procurement of food supplies, storage of food, food production, service of foods and food safety.
Should have good business, commercial and technical aspects.
Should have well experience in handling client, customers and staff.
Managing budgets and pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality service.
Should be able to develop menu, recipe controls, food production, cost allocation, cost control, procedure controls and staff training.
Well versant of computer applications and presentation of reports.
Good command of English and Arabic Language.
Must possess good leadership skills and be self-motivated.
Note: Saudi National Preferred.
