Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist at Vita Care located in Jeddah. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with debt collection, cash collection, customer service, and finance. The role requires effective communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Understanding of finance principles and processes
• Experience in debt collection or finance roles
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
